3D scans with the iPhone

by
Since the iPhone Pro models introduced LiDAR scanning, I've been testing various apps that can create 3D scans. Yes, you can now do this very well with the iPhone, and if you take your time with the scan, you can achieve excellent results. Initially, I started with small... Read more

The DJ's music collection

A wedding is a celebration of love, uniting two people on their journey to marriage. While flowers, decorations, and food create the atmosphere, music plays an equally important role. As you've probably noticed, things have been very quiet on my blog since April. That's because I've been traveling a lot as a DJ at various events and gigs. So, for those of you who don't follow me on Instagram, here's a quick overview of where I was in May... Read more

Labyrinth: A journey through emotions with "The Feels"

by
As a DJ, keeping up with new music is essential to me. For me, there's nothing worse than fellow DJs who seem to be stuck in the 70s, 80s, 90s, and 2000s, stagnating in their own musical rut and refusing to give new music a chance... Read more

Most played Songs in 2022

by
Weiterlesen

Streaming for DJs - a self-test

by
As a full-time DJ for all kinds of events (except German pop, après-ski, and party music – I'm totally out of that scene), I rely on new music. I receive promotional tracks and then compile the latest songs myself from various sources. Since streaming has become increasingly prevalent in recent years, and also... Read more

Sustainability in the event industry

by
During the pandemic, everything was kind of at a standstill, and people were more focused on survival than on new developments and innovations. Personally, I used the time to produce my own music and launch two record labels into the music industry. Therefore, everything related to the events industry was... Read more

Pioneer CDJ 3000 with Traktor Pro

by
When I had the opportunity to play at a top-notch venue at the last summer festival, I was pleasantly surprised to find that they already had the new Pioneer CDJ 3000 players. This certainly makes life easier for a mobile DJ, and I must say they work perfectly with Traktor Pro 3. One thing to note beforehand, of course... Read more

The best and most sustainable advertising

by
In the DJ sector, particularly for events, weddings, and birthdays, advertising is sometimes necessary. This includes publishing in various wedding and business magazines, as well as on social media. If you don't advertise, you'll die, and I personally advertise very selectively because the market is highly competitive, and in this DJ field... Read more
